A booking request is created when you do either of these 3 thing:
- you accept a quote that has been sent by our team,
- You accept a quote sent by yourself to your email online.
- When a vehicle is on limited availability and you go to book it
The steps that are taken after you complete a booking request is the following:
- We look at your booking request and see if it is available
- If it is available we will take the deposit (20% of total hire cost) and send you a confirmation email however if it isn't available we will decline the request and send alternatives.
- We aim to reply to all booking requests within 24hrs or less.
