You have 3 cancellation options for cancellations for Glastonbury 2020:

  3. Cancel by paying the full amount and receiving a voucher for the total amount which will be valid for one year from original drop off date*

What happens if you meet the above criteria and want to cancel your booking?

  • If you have paid for the full amount of the booking you will be able to claim a voucher for the total amount.
  • If you have not paid the full amount you will only be able to claim this voucher after you have paid the full amount (to pay balance CLICK HERE)
  • If you are with a travel agent please specify you want a voucher and they will be in touch.

Can I get a voucher for the amount I've currently paid?

  • No, you must pay the full amount of your hire to be eligible for a voucher. There are no exceptions to this

  1. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their booking - a no show will be regarded as a 100% cancellation fee
  2. The voucher will expire 12 months from the date of the original booking end date. Any remaining balance will be deducted to nil and forfeited 
  3. There will be no extensions or refunds on any voucher in any circumstances.
  4. Voucher is non-transferable (can only be used by the current hirer)
  5. You can only redeem the voucher at
  6. You must have a ticket to Glastonbury - you will have to send a copy of the ticket/ticket confirmation via email on the redemption of the voucher.
  7. You do not need to book for Glastonbury if you don't want to
  8. The voucher is a monetary value, not a specific item value e.g. The voucher is for £800 not 10 days in a motorhome.

How do I rebook at a later date?

  1. Go to
  2. Take out a quote for your chosen dates
  3. Reply to the email you've received with your quote with a copy of your Glastonbury ticket/ticket confirmation and your voucher number
  4. Spaceships will send you the quote back with the credit applied
  5. You confirm the booking from the quote emailed back to you.
  6. We receive your booking request and send you a confirmation email once it's all booked in
