How do I empty the toilet cassette?

You must empty the toilet cassette of your motorhome and ensure this is fully rinsed clean and empty for the Return of your motorhome. This also means the toilet cassette locker must be clean and no waste/paper present.

For your own records and avoidance of doubt, we recommend taking a time stamped photo at drop off showing the toilet cassette is fully clean and empty as well as the cassette locker being clean. A fee of £200 will apply if the toilet cassette or grey wastewater has not been emptied and cleaned out fully. There will be no exceptions made to this charge.
