Please follow the below instructions for drop off / returning your vehicle:
Fuel: Must be returned at the same level as on pick up. Please see: What is your fuel policy?
Cleaning: The vehicle must be returned in the following state:
- Toilet cassette emptied and cleaned out fully. This includes the lockers. There will be a £200 charge if this is not done. Please see: How do I empty the toilet cassette?
- Grey water has been emptied/drained (rear left wheel arch lever to release).
- There must be no rubbish in the vehicle, ensure anything that wasn't there on pick up has been recycled/binned including food and condiments.
- The vehicle must be swept out and beds must be stripped of any bedding.
Please note: If you have purchased the Express Return Bundle, you do not need to empty the toilet cassette or the grey water. This must have been purchased in advance. Simply returning without emptying these items and not having purchased the bundle beforehand will mean you are charged the £200 cleaning fee. The toilet cassette must not be or close to overflowing.
Top Tips:
- Allow plenty of time to get back to the branch. Driving a motorhome is not as quick as a car and you should factor this into estimated drive times. Rule of thumb is 45 mins in a car is 1 hour in a motorhome. Please see: What if I am running late for my drop off time?
- When emptying the motorhome open all the cupboards, check the garage area and any other storage to make sure no personal belongings have been left behind. Please see: I have left items in the vehicle? Lost property?
- Try to stay the last evening in a campsite so you are able to empty the grey water, clean out the toilet cassette as well as the motorhome.
Please leave your motorhome allowing access to the branch and so that other vehicles can be returned and parked.
