Can I drive in a Low Emission Zones / Clean Air Zones? CAZ, LEZ and ULEZ

There are multiple cities within the UK which have Low Emissions Zones in place, and a few with proposals to introduce zones in the future. It is the hirer's responsibility to make sure they are aware of any cities with Low Emissions Zones they may enter and pay any applicable charges for this.
